The free, group hypnotherapy sessions I provide on behalf of the Occupational health Department take place in Seminar Room 1, The Education Centre, 5th Floor, The Surgical Centre, at 17:00. These are usually general-purpose, relaxation and feel-good sessions. They are not designed to address any individual needs. They are recreational rather than remedial, prevention rather than cure. Doctors can attend without fear of anyone thinking they must be sick.

I've been doing these sessions since 2003. They are safe. There are no zombies wandering the corridors of Kingston Hospital because they got stuck in trance and I couldn't get them out again.
