Dear Barry
This is just a note to say that I am really beginning to feel I am getting my energy back and that the fibromyalgia is a thing of the past.
It’s as if there’s a fire burning brightly inside me – which is a room of airy spaces smelling of fresh flowers rather than silt clogging up my veins, weighing down my muscles and sitting heavily on my shoulders.
As you can imagine, this change is making an enormous difference to my general frame of mind. Like I said to you, the change wasn’t immediate - it’s almost as if I’ve been taken out of the freezer. I’d been in there a long time and I was very frozen.
