You can't expect to play this track several times a day, do nothing else, and get a healthy heart. After all, it's your heart and your life we're talking about so why should I do all the work.
You know you mustn't smoke. (This track won't help you with that, but there's another one here that will.)
You also know you have to cut back on the animal fats, salt and alcohol. So you have to use olive oil and peanut oil, grill rather than fry, get into unsalted nuts and raisins rather than Jumbo KP Coronary Specials and, sure, have a glass of wine with your meal, but not a bottle.
On the plus side you can eat more fresh fruit and vegetables. They taste SO much better than the soggy mush you get out of packets that has less nutrients than the packets it comes in. And you get to do more exercise. But take it easy to start with. Walk some more. Take the steps rather than the lift. Maybe treat yourself to a bike, and actually ride it. (Though, please, no fluorescent lycra. I promise you, you don't need that in your wardrobe!)
Unless you do something about your lifestyle yourself, this track won't be much use. But if you really do want to live longer and happier, not worrying about strokes or DVT, being able to enjoy your friends and family, and eating and exercising better, then this track WILL help you stay on message. Put it on your pod and play it frequently.
