This PodTherapy track will help you get rid of weight. Remember, you want to get rid of it; not lose it. You lose things you want to find again like keys, a bet, a job, a loved one. You don't ever want to find this weight again. You want to get rid of it for good, and for ever.

Play it frequently throughout the day, but always play it before you ever eat anything. If you're going out to dinner, you don't have to listen to it in the restaurant, but play it before you go out.
